    The hotel staff was courteous and attentive.

    My experience was quite distressing. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, despite it being a non-smoking hotel. After requesting a room change multiple times, we still encountered issues like uncleaned bathrooms and a lack of basic toiletries, such as shower gel and towels. It seemed like we were unheard, and the overall atmosphere was well below expectations for a 5-star rating. I couldn't help but feel let down and frustrated .

    My child and I liked being there. The staff were very friendly lot of the time. Super deluxe room was a nice size and huge with an extra bed. Climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television were available here. The location was exceptionally nice and decent in the very very nice area. Besides, it was just a short stroll away from downtown, that worked for me.
